Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
► In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed)
► With tags still attached
► In its original packaging
► Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us [HERE]. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send your package.
👉 Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or design, simply return your item within 14 days and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at superiteez@pm.me.
Exceptions
► No restocking fees will ever be charged.
► No final sale items — everything from our online shop is eligible for return (custom/non-shop orders excluded).
► Returns are available to U.S. customers only at this time.
