Processing Times
All online shop orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. This excludes any custom or non-shop orders, which may require additional processing time and will be communicated separately. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping is free on all online shop orders for U.S.-based customers. (Custom or non-shop orders are excluded from this policy and may incur additional shipping fees.)
All shop orders are shipped via:

► FedEx Ground
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Delivery Estimates & Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to the carrier, weather, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays, customs processing delays, or other circumstances outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us [HERE] so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the carrier has completed its investigation and approved the claim.
